1. Cases Covered for Replacement

If your order arrives with any of the following issues caused by our manufacturing or fulfillment process, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you:

• Wrong Product: You received a different design, color, or item than what was ordered.

• Sizing Error: The size received does not match the size selected in your order confirmation.

• Damaged/Defective: The apparel arrived with physical damage, printing errors, or manufacturing defects.

2. Our Resolution Process

To ensure a fast resolution for our customers, we follow a straightforward replacement process:

• No Extra Cost: We will ship the correct replacement product directly to you at no additional shipping or product fees.

• No Need for New Orders: You are not required to place a new order on our website.

• No Return Required: In most cases, to save you time and shipping costs, we do not require you to mail the incorrect or damaged item back to our administrative office. Clear photographic evidence is sufficient for us to process your replacement.
