At NHL Stars, every item is made-to-order using high-quality materials with premium care. We aim to deliver not only exceptional products but also a smooth shopping experience.

Processing time
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipping.

Order confirmation & tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

Once your order has been processed (within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders placed before 8:00 AM will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

You can track your shipment directly using the tracking link provided in your email.

Shipping options (United States & Canada)
We currently ship to the United States and Canada .
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Notes:
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Customs or import duties (for Canada) may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
