Returns & Refunds Policy

At NHL Stars, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms outlined below.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return part or all of your order.
After 30 days, we cannot accept return requests.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be new or like new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage may be refused and sent back at your expense.

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned, except in cases where we made an error or the product has a manufacturing defect.


3. Return Authorization Required (IMPORTANT)

Customers must contact us first before returning any item so we can review the request and provide return authorization and instructions.

You must receive written confirmation from our support team before sending any product back.

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return (e.g., size exchange, refund, defective item, wrong product)

  • Photos of the product, if applicable

We cannot process returns without prior authorization.


4. How to Return Your Package

Once your return request has been approved:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging (box, bag, etc.).

  2. Include a note or printed order confirmation with your full contact details.

  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received and inspected by our team.


5. Return Shipping Fees

A fixed return processing fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Initial shipping fees (outbound delivery) are non-refundable, except when:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • We sent the wrong item

  • There was a pricing or product description error

  • Delivery issues were caused by our mistake

  • Or any case where a full refund is legally required


6. Exchanges (Size or Color)

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Clearly specify your requested replacement in your return email.

  • Once your returned item is validated, the replacement product will be shipped to the address saved in your customer account.

To update your address:
My Account → Addresses → Edit → Save


7. Refund Timeline & Method

We process refunds as quickly as possible.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • If you provide valid proof of return shipment, refunds may be processed sooner.

  • All refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


8. Customer Responsibility

Returned packages remain the customer’s responsibility until received by NHL Stars.
We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Damaged packages

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect return packaging
