1. Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards including VISA and MasterCard, as well as PayPal and PayPal Credit (subject to approval). All transactions are secure and encrypted via SSL. We do not store full credit or debit card details.

Q: Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
A: Currently, only one payment method can be used per order.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payment details are encrypted and processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit or debit card information.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to the United States and Canada only.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping. Orders placed before 8:00 AM (PST) are processed the same day.

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs duties (Canada) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the link provided.


3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 days from delivery to return items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags. Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective or sent incorrectly.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Contact us at contact@nhlstars.com for return authorization. Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Do not ship items without prior authorization.

Q: Are return shipping fees refundable?
A: A $5.99 return processing fee applies. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items, wrong items, or errors caused by NHL Stars.

Q: Can I exchange items?
A: Yes. Exchanges for size or color are allowed if your returned item is approved. Specify your replacement item in your return request.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Bank processing may take 5–10 business days.


4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations are not possible because all products are printed on demand.

Q: Can I modify my order?
A: Modifications are allowed only if your order has not yet entered production. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Q: What if my order has already shipped?
A: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Q: How do I request a cancellation or modification?
A: Email contact@nhlstars.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your full name, order number, and requested changes.

Q: Are product colors and images accurate?
A: We strive for accurate images and colors, but monitor displays may vary.

Q: Can I buy in bulk or restrict purchases?
A: We may limit quantities by person, household, or region at our discretion.

Q: Can product prices change after my order?
A: Prices are subject to change without notice. Your final price is confirmed at checkout.

Q: How is my personal information used?
