Cancellation Policy

At NHL Stars, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience — from product quality to customer service. To ensure smooth order processing and production, we have established the following Cancellation Policy.

1. Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your order if it has been more than 24  hours since the purchase.
We generally accept cancellation or modification requests within 24 hours after receiving your order.


2. Why do we not accept late cancellations?

All of our products are Printed on Demand.
Each item is custom-made and holds unique value for the customer who ordered it. Since these products cannot be resold, we are unable to accept cancellations made after the allowed time window.


3. Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can.
However, modifications are only possible if your order has not yet entered production at the time of your request.


4. Why do we not accept late modifications?

Once an order has entered production, all details are locked in and cannot be altered. Therefore, modification requests can only be accepted before production begins.


5. How much time do I have to cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product type. However, we typically accept cancellation or modification requests within 48 hours of receiving your order.


6. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

No.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
