1. Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards including VISA and MasterCard, as well as PayPal and PayPal Credit (subject to approval).
All transactions are secure and encrypted via SSL. We do not store full credit or debit card details.
Q: Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
A: Currently, only one payment method can be used per order.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payment details are encrypted and processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card information.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipping.
Orders placed before 8:00 AM (local business time) may be processed the same day.
Q: What shipping options are available?

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless defective or sent incorrectly.
All return-related costs are covered by us. Customers will not be charged any return or processing fees
Q: How do I return an item?

Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if applicable.
Do not ship items back without prior approval.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes. Exchanges for size or color of the same product line are accepted within 30 days, subject to availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a full refund.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are initiated within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Funds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Q: What if my item is defective or incorrect?
A: If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may choose a free replacement or a 100% refund.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Q: Can I modify my order?
A: Modifications are only possible if the order has not yet entered production.
Q: What if my order has already shipped?
A: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Q: Are product colors and images accurate?
A: We strive to display accurate images and colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Q: Can I buy in bulk or are there purchase limits?
A: We reserve the right to limit quantities per person, household, or region at our discretion.
Q: Can product prices change after I place an order?
A: Prices may change without notice. Your final price is confirmed at checkout and will not change after purchase.
