All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and offer a replacement or refund.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Prices include applicable sales tax of 6.5%.
Free Shipping is available for orders over $100 after discounts, before tax.
Payment can be made securely by credit card, debit card, PayPal or PayPal Credit.
All transactions are processed using SSL encryption to ensure your information is secure.
For billing issues, please ensure your name and address match your card or PayPal account to avoid delays.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Customers will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing an order.
Once the order has been processed (within 1–3 business days, Monday – Saturday), a tracking email will be sent with shipment details and tracking number.
Orders placed before 8:00 AM (PST) are processed on the same business day.
Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days (after processing)
Priority Shipping: 5–9 business days (after processing)
Free Shipping: orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax), 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays, courier issues). Customers will be notified by email of any unexpected delays.
**Total Delivery Time**
The total delivery time is calculated as the sum of order processing and shipping time:
– Standard Shipping: 6–15 business days in total
– Priority Shipping: 6–12 business days in total
– Free Shipping (orders over $100): 6–15 business days in total
5. Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
A $5.99 return handling fee will apply only if the return is due to a change of mind. This fee does not apply if the product is faulty, misdescribed, or shipped in error.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of return) and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nhlstars.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund.
If your order has shipped, you will need to follow the return process as described above.

We are responsible for ensuring products meet the description and quality standards as advertised.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, extreme weather, or customs checks.
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
